Do you offer returns or refunds?
Honestly, we don't want your money if you're not happy with our service. Due to a high volume of fraudulent activity, refunds are available only to members who are unable to watch the live video from our URL. Before requesting a refund, please contact us via support or email and we will try several ways to solve your issue; if we are unable to, we will issue a refund (if you contact us within 7 days only).
